📄 Job Description
An organization in the BPO / ITES sector is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner for its Gurgaon office. The role is suitable for HR professionals with 2–4 years of relevant experience and mandatory exposure to the BPO or ITES industry.
The selected candidate will work closely with employees, managers and business stakeholders to support employee engagement, retention, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and compliance. The position requires candidates who are comfortable working from office and handling rotational shifts.

- Partner with business teams and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and support resolution of workplace concerns.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to applicable HR policies and compliance requirements.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- BPO / ITES experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
