Prozo Integrated Logistics Private Limited is hiring experienced professionals for its Operations & Supply Chain team in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
The company is looking for candidates for Operations Manager and Assistant Manager positions. Professionals with strong experience in operations, warehouse management, supply chain and logistics are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Supply Chain and E-commerce will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred for these opportunities.
🎯 Operations Manager
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- CTC: ₹7–10 LPA
- Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
- Lead operational teams and ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory and dispatch operations.
- Drive operational productivity, efficiency and service-level performance.
- Manage manpower planning and resource deployment.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse processes, SOPs and operational standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with supply chain, transportation and other internal teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Support process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
🎯 Assistant Manager
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
- Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day warehouse and operations management.
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, inventory and dispatch activities.
- Supervise operational teams and support manpower deployment.
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely execution of operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
- Track operational performance and highlight deviations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Assist the Operations Manager in achieving service and productivity targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse or Supply Chain.
- Operations Manager: 5–7 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager: 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong warehouse and operations management experience preferred.
- Experience in Supply Chain and E-commerce will be an added advantage.
- Strong team-handling and manpower-management skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
