Parag Milk Foods is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
The role is suitable for an HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related HR functions.
The selected candidate will support recruitment activities and contribute to building talent pipelines to meet the organization's hiring requirements.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Source suitable candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer and joining processes with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work from the Vidyavihar, Mumbai location.
