LoadShare Networks Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Intern – Warehouse Operations for its warehouse facility in Amta, Kolkata. This internship offers hands-on exposure to warehouse HR operations, employee coordination, attendance management, workforce data handling, and day-to-day employee support in a fast-paced logistics environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day worker concerns and employee issues.
- Maintain employee attendance and In/Out records.
- Manage employee database and HR documentation accurately.
- Support daily warehouse HR operations and workforce coordination.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for manpower-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and operational MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure timely updating of employee records and attendance data.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist the HR team in improving warehouse HR processes.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or MBA (HR) candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Mandatory language proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Willingness to work from the warehouse location in Amta, Kolkata.
