IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.) is looking for an experienced Manager – HR (Shared Services) to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations while driving HR process excellence, automation, and service delivery. This leadership role is responsible for managing HR Shared Services, ensuring SLA adherence, improving employee experience, and leading a high-performing HR operations team.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit management.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, employee data management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and redesignations.
- Manage HR Helpdesk operations and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Coordinate exit management and Full & Final Settlement processes.
- Lead HR Shared Services operations while ensuring SLA compliance and process governance.
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors and maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, analytics, and operational insights.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Business teams for seamless service delivery.
- Drive HR process automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 8–10 years of HR experience with 4–5 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services leadership.
- Strong expertise in Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience driving process automation and operational excellence initiatives.
