A leading organization is hiring experienced Store Managers (Dark Store) for Gurgaon and Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, or Warehouse Operations who can efficiently manage dark store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and team performance while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dark store operations and order fulfillment activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor dispatch operations, deliveries, and service-level KPIs.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain documentation.
- Lead store staff and ensure smooth workforce planning.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and process improvements.
- Maintain quality standards, SOP compliance, and audit readiness.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely order processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
- Experience managing dark store or retail store operations is preferred.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
