- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the assigned business/project.
- Lead and manage the HR team and ensure effective execution of HR activities.
- Drive recruitment activities and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Manage employee lifecycle and employee-related HR processes.
- Coordinate with business teams to understand workforce requirements.
- Support employee engagement and employee management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor HR processes and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in HR is mandatory.
- Microfinance industry experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in HR Team Handling and HR Operations.
- Strong exposure to Recruitment and Employee Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work from Sector 125, Noida.
