Barbeque Nation is expanding its HR Business Partner (HRBP) team across multiple regions and is looking for dynamic HR professionals with strong people-management and HR generalist experience.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with 2–4 years of experience, particularly candidates from the Hospitality, Cinema, or Retail HR sectors.
The HRBP will work closely with business teams to support employee engagement, HR operations, people management, and business requirements across a multi-location environment.
CTC: ₹4–6 LPA
Travel: Candidates should be open to travelling as per business requirements.
π Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand and address people-related requirements.
- Support HR strategy and people initiatives across assigned locations.
- Drive employee engagement and improve employee experience.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support people management initiatives across business units.
- Work closely with managers and stakeholders on employee-related matters.
- Support performance management and people development initiatives.

- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
- Relevant experience in Hospitality, Cinema, or Retail HR is preferred.
- Good understanding of employee engagement and HR operations.
- Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Willingness to travel according to business requirements.
