Airtel Payments Bank is hiring an HRBP Operations professional in Gurgaon. The role will support the HR Business Partner in delivering day-to-day HR services across assigned business units, coordinating HR processes, maintaining employee data, supporting performance management, and driving a positive employee experience.

- Partner with the HRBP to deliver day-to-day HR services across assigned business units.
- Support the execution of performance management cycles and related HR processes.
- Coordinate with business and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.

- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist in driving employee experience and participation in organizational programs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Support, or Generalist HR roles.
- Graduate with relevant HR qualification preferred.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience maintaining HR dashboards, trackers, and employee records.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
