KPN Fresh is hiring experienced professionals to strengthen its Logistics & Warehouse team at Hoskote, Bengaluru.
There are openings for Assistant Manager – Logistics and Senior Executive – Inventory. The roles are suitable for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Retail, FMCG, 3PL or Quick Commerce environments.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in Warehouse and Distribution Centre operations. The Assistant Manager role focuses on logistics, dispatch and transportation management, while the Senior Executive role focuses on inventory control, stock accuracy and reconciliation.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
🚚 Assistant Manager – Logistics
- Manage end-of-day (EOD) dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch closure.
- Monitor daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Manage fleet operations and transportation planning.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Monitor vehicle availability, deployment and transportation requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams for dispatch execution.
- Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor logistics performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, transportation and distribution functions.
📦 Senior Executive – Inventory
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations within the warehouse.
- Monitor stock accuracy and inventory levels.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction data.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory handling.
- Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory controls are followed.
- Support inventory counting and reconciliation activities.
- Identify inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse inventory processes and controls.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, 3PL or Quick Commerce is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse or Distribution Centre operations.
- For Assistant Manager – Logistics, experience in dispatch, fleet and transportation management is preferred.
- For Senior Executive – Inventory, strong experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation is preferred.
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
