DHL Supply Chain is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end site operations at its Luhari, Haryana facility. This strategic leadership role is responsible for managing large-scale warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and high-performing teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations.
- Manage inbound, outbound, storage, inventory, and dispatch activities.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure customer SLAs and service quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Lead large operational teams and build a high-performance culture.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and company policies.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce utilization, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and operational transformation initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Support business growth through efficient warehouse and supply chain management.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large teams in senior operational roles.
- Experience managing large-scale warehouse and logistics operations.
- Multi-client warehouse operations experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in operational excellence, customer management, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving abilities.
