Mervice is hiring an HR MIS Executive to join its Payroll Team in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
This opportunity is suitable for detail-oriented professionals with up to 1 year of experience who have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting and data management.
The selected candidate will support payroll-related reporting, HR data management and MIS activities while ensuring accuracy, timely reporting and proper handling of employee data.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Team with HR MIS and reporting activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Manage and organize employee-related HR data accurately.
- Perform regular data validation and identify discrepancies in HR records.
- Generate periodic MIS reports as required by the HR and Payroll teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and reporting files.
- Use Excel to analyze and present HR and payroll-related information.
- Support data consolidation from multiple HR and payroll sources.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of assigned reports.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and reporting errors and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.
- Support the Payroll Team with other MIS and data management requirements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Up to 1 year in HR MIS, MIS, Payroll or Data Management.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of MIS preparation and reporting.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain reporting accuracy.
- Willingness to work from the office in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
