📄 Job Description
HDFC Bank is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional HR professional to join its HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in BFSI hiring or bulk recruitment and be capable of managing recruitment activities across the assigned region.
Candidates with a background in recruitment consultancy or NBFCs are preferred. The role is suitable for an HR professional with strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver hiring targets in a fast-paced BFSI environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the assigned region.
- Drive BFSI and bulk hiring requirements as per business needs.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment performance against hiring targets and timelines.
- Manage candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Work with internal HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Identify effective sourcing channels and recruitment strategies for regional hiring.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR graduate.
- 6–7 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Strong experience in BFSI hiring or bulk recruitment is preferred.
- Candidates from a recruitment consultancy background are preferred.
- NBFC recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong result-oriented and target-driven approach.
