🛠 Key Responsibilities
👨💼 Senior HR Executive – Plant Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle contract labour management and statutory compliance.
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and shift planning.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, GMP, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and workforce analytics.
👩💼 HR & Admin Executive
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRMS and prepare HR reports.
- Support statutory compliance and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate administrative activities and HR support functions.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Senior HR Executive: 3–5 years of HR experience in Plant Operations.
- HR & Admin Executive: 2–4 years of HR Operations experience.
- Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AI applications in HR is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
