A leading e-commerce and logistics organization is hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Sort Centre Operations for its operations in Surat, Gujarat. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Sort Centre, Warehouse, Fulfillment Centre, Distribution Centre, or Logistics Operations.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end sort centre operations, manage large teams, drive productivity and process improvements, monitor inventory and financial performance, and ensure operational excellence across the facility.

- Manage end-to-end Sort Centre and warehouse operations.

- Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
