Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL), a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank, is hiring an experienced Unit Manager – Microfinance. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring operational excellence, and leading branch and field teams across multiple locations in Maharashtra.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, portfolio quality, and profitability across assigned branches.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Unit Managers, Branch Managers, and field teams.
- Ensure high collection efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer service standards.
- Manage business targets, budgets, operational KPIs, and branch performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and local communities.
- Handle field-level escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Monitor portfolio health and implement risk control measures.
- Support business expansion and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Drive productivity improvements and operational excellence across the assigned territory.
- Prepare MIS reports and business performance updates for senior management.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 6–10 years of experience in Microfinance or NBFC-MFI.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Area Manager or Unit Manager role.
- Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
- Strong experience in business development, collections, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large field teams.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a target-driven environment.
