We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – E-commerce Operations to manage and supervise a team of Key Account Managers and ensure smooth seller account operations.
The role involves managing seller portfolios, monitoring account performance and SLA adherence, conducting audits and performance reviews, and driving KAM productivity and seller retention.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise 15–20 KAMs.
- Monitor seller accounts, portfolios, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct seller account audits and performance reviews.
- Manage seller onboarding, product listings, and store activation.
- Monitor account health, SKU performance, and marketplace advertising.
- Handle merchant escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive KAM productivity, service quality, and seller retention.
- Maintain operational trackers and dashboards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–5+ years.
- Experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Operations.
- Experience in Key Account Management or Seller Account Management.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
- Experience in SLA and Process Management.
- Experience handling teams and managing performance.
- Experience in Seller Portfolio Management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
