π Job Description
RBL Finserve Limited is hiring enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to strengthen its HR team across multiple locations.
The opportunity is suitable for HR professionals with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience who are looking to build their careers in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management and branch-level HR operations.
The selected HRBP will work closely with business teams to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, employee documentation, attendance, employee confirmation and separation processes.
Candidates with prior experience in the NBFC or MFI industry will be preferred.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle across assigned business locations.
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate with business teams to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and branch-level HR activities.
- Manage Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and statutory processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee confirmation processes.
- Support employee grievance and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate employee separation and exit formalities.
- Support the Full & Final Settlement process for exiting employees.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve employee-related matters.
- Maintain timely and accurate HR data for management reporting.
- Work independently while partnering effectively with branch and business teams.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with an MBA / PG qualification in HR or equivalent discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering or branch-level HR operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in the NBFC / MFI industry will be preferred.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement processes.
- Understanding of BGV and employee documentation processes.
- Knowledge of HR operations, statutory processes and compliance.
- Experience handling attendance, leave and employee confirmation activities.
- Understanding of employee separation and Full & Final Settlement processes.
- Strong HR MIS and reporting capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively partner with business teams.
