Labour Bridges India is offering a 3-month Human Resource Internship at its Newtown, Kolkata location.
This opportunity is ideal for BBA students, graduates and freshers who want to gain practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations.
The HR Intern will assist with candidate sourcing and screening, recruitment documentation, database management, candidate coordination, job postings and other HR-related activities under the guidance of the reporting manager.
π Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and assist with shortlisting.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining employee and recruitment-related documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update candidate databases.
- Coordinate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment requirements and candidate updates.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders as required.
- Assist the reporting manager with other HR-related tasks and assignments.
- Support smooth execution of recruitment and HR processes.

- BBA or any Graduate.
- Freshers and students looking for practical HR experience are welcome to apply.
- Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets will be an advantage.
