BigBasket – A TATA Enterprise is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive for its team in Moraiya, Ahmedabad.
The role is ideal for HR professionals with 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR MIS, employee data management and HR reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate HRMS data, preparing management reports, monitoring attendance and attrition, supporting employee lifecycle processes and ensuring accurate HR information for business teams.
Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG or E-commerce will be preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, reporting and data analysis is essential.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and MIS for management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Monitor employee attendance, overtime and attrition trends.
- Track employee onboarding, exits and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Validate and reconcile employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor attendance-related information and identify discrepancies.
- Support statutory compliance activities related to PF and ESIC.
- Assist with internal and external HR audits by providing accurate employee data and reports.
- Generate data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams for timely and accurate information.
- Maintain HR dashboards and periodic reporting as required.
- Track employee movements and maintain updated HR records.
- Support reconciliation of HRMS, attendance and employee-related data.
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for correction.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Female candidates only, as specified for this opening.
- Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Excel formulas and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS.
- Good understanding of HR reporting and employee data management.
