AYE Finance Limited is hiring dynamic HR professionals for the role of HR – Recruiter across Gurgaon and Pune.
The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities and supporting the organization's talent acquisition requirements. Candidates with experience in the NBFC or SME sector will be given preference.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through relevant recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
🎓 Eligibility
- 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in HR recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates with NBFC experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with SME-sector experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and candidate management skills.
