Flipkart is hiring an Operations Associate for hyperlocal logistics at its Saidham Warehouse in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. The role supports warehouse logistics, order fulfillment and last-mile coordination.

- Oversee daily hyperlocal order processing, pick-pack operations and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with field delivery executives to ensure SLA compliance and fast last-mile delivery.
- Track local inventory and support audits and stock management.
- Handle dispatch schedules and troubleshoot real-time delivery or operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain communication between warehouse teams, shift leads and logistics partners.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or hyperlocal delivery management.
- Candidates should reside in or be comfortable commuting to Saidham, Bhiwandi.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners only with 0–7 days notice period.
- Female candidates preferred.
