Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead for First Mile Operations. The role involves end-to-end operations with stakeholders at the Delivery Station and support for the DS Site Lead in performance management and execution of the operational plan.

- Manage end-to-end operations with Delivery Station stakeholders.
- Support the DS Site Lead in performance management and execution of the operational plan.
- Manage daily shift activities and associate administration.
- Allocate jobs to associates.
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor counts and problem-solve operational queues.
- Own shift quality and associated action plans.
- Prepare and implement training and development plans.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S workstation audits.
- Stand in for the Area Manager when required.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to coordinate associates and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to support productivity, quality, safety, and shift objectives.
