Hiring PO Executive / Sr Executive – Marketing Commercial for a Work From Office role in Koramangala, Bangalore.
The role involves managing Purchase Orders for Marketing requirements, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, verifying invoices, maintaining commercial MIS, supporting vendor onboarding, and ensuring timely closure of vendor-related activities.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for Marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance.
- Maintain budget files, PO trackers, and commercial MIS.
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Handle vendor follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in PO, Commercial, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Strong Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams.
- Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
- Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce experience preferred.
- Ability to manage PO trackers, commercial MIS, and vendor documentation.
