We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence professional to join the team in Mumbai and drive operational improvement across logistics and supply chain processes.
The role is suited for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Process Excellence or Operations Excellence, preferably within the Logistics / Supply Chain industry.
The selected candidate will work closely with operations teams to identify operational gaps, analyse root causes, improve productivity and quality, optimize costs, and implement sustainable process improvements.
Strong hands-on exposure to Sort Center operations and sortation processes is required, along with practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and PDCA methodologies.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement across logistics operations.
- Work closely with Sort Center teams to understand and improve sortation processes.
- Analyse operational performance across productivity, quality, cost, and process metrics.
- Conduct structured root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
- Develop and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and PDCA-based improvement initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and design solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Track the impact of process-improvement initiatives using relevant KPIs.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvement projects.
- Support standardization of processes and ensure adherence to defined operating procedures.
