Sales Specialist, Amazon Smart Commerce
π Job Description
Amazon Smart Commerce is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to help digitize brand owners and selling partners through SaaS offerings across the business lifecycle.
The Smart Commerce portfolio includes Smartbiz, a website builder for D2C brands; Smarthub, a multichannel OMS; and Buy with Amazon (BWA), a checkout product designed to aid conversion and reduce RTO.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to deal closure.
- Own relationships with D2C brands.
- Drive product adoption and usage metrics across accounts.
- Work closely with brands to improve early success on the platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
- Apply strong understanding of the e-commerce and D2C ecosystem.
- Use a data-driven approach to solve customer and business problems.
- Build strong customer relationships and support customer success.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
