📄 Job Description
Amazon's Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) team is hiring a specialist to support the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program and help prevent losses by identifying abusive entities while preserving customer trust.
The role covers security services, investigations, asset protection, loss mitigation, audits, compliance, risk assessment, process improvement, and loss-trend analysis across designated areas.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and follow up on the Loss Prevention Plan for MDR Concessions.
- Conduct SLP audits and implement SOPs.
- Perform surprise checks and prepare reports at Last Mile stations.
- Keep plans and SOPs updated and conduct periodic documentation checks.
- Adhere to SLAs defined for the MDR Concessions Abuse Program.
- Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and improvement actions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments and loss-prevention reports.
- Follow up on CAPA activities.
- Recommend loss-prevention initiatives based on on-ground intelligence.
- Analyze loss trends with SLP and Customer Service teams.
- Identify defects and abusive entities and work toward loss reduction.
- Conduct investigations with CS, SLP support functions, and Operations.
- Meet investigation targets and submit investigation reports.
- Share RCAs and PTG initiatives related to shrink and unmet goals.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 7+ years of experience in security and loss prevention.
- Experience in security operations, investigations, or loss prevention.
- Ability to analyze loss trends and conduct end-to-end investigations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-influencing skills.
