BellaVita is hiring an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Packaging Procurement in Gurgaon.
The role will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of packaging materials while ensuring the right quality, cost and timely availability. The position involves vendor development, price negotiation, purchase planning, cost optimization and coordination with NPD, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials.
- Source glass bottles, jars, tubes, caps, pumps, sprayers, cartons, labels, corrugated boxes and flexible packaging.
- Develop vendors and manage suppliers.
- Conduct price negotiations, cost analysis and cost optimization.
- Handle RFQs, quotation comparisons, POs and commercial negotiations.
- Identify new vendors and alternate sourcing options.
- Coordinate with NPD, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Support packaging development for new products and launches.
- Monitor supplier quality, lead time and delivery performance.
- Maintain procurement MIS, trackers and vendor databases.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Packaging Procurement / Sourcing.
- Good understanding of primary and secondary packaging.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Perfume is preferred.
- Good Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with procurement of packaging materials is preferred.
