📝 Job Description
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Collection Managers for the Vehicle Finance business across applicable lending verticals. The selected candidates will manage collection activities, drive overdue recovery, lead field collection teams and work toward achieving monthly collection targets.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in vehicle finance collections, delinquency management, field recovery and team leadership. Candidates with knowledge of local markets in Lucknow or Kanpur will have an added advantage.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor collection activities across assigned locations and branches.
- Ensure timely EMI collections and achievement of monthly collection targets.
- Handle overdue accounts, DPD buckets, delinquency and NPA reduction.
- Drive field collections through collection executives and field staff.
- Manage repossession, asset recovery and auction coordination wherever applicable, in accordance with company policy.
- Track collection performance, bucket-wise productivity and recovery efficiency.
- Conduct regular field visits and review team performance.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations and Legal teams for effective recovery.
- Ensure adherence to applicable RBI guidelines, company policies and fair collection practices.
- Prepare collection MIS, daily reports and monthly performance reviews.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in vehicle finance collections is preferred.
- Experience in collection management, overdue recovery and team handling.
- Good knowledge of DPD buckets, delinquency management and field recovery.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and team management skills.
- Knowledge of local markets in Lucknow or Kanpur will be an added advantage.
