A leading organization is seeking a highly experienced, CA-qualified finance professional for the position of General Manager – Finance and Accounts (Corporate) in New Delhi.
The role involves overseeing financial reporting, balance sheet finalization, manufacturing costing, inventory and working capital management, taxation, statutory audits, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations across manufacturing locations, divisions, and entities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Finalization of Balance Sheet and Closing: Oversee financial closing and balance sheet finalization for all manufacturing locations, divisions, and entities.
- Financial Reporting and MIS: Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
- Manufacturing Costing, Inventory and Pricing: Manage product costing and overhead allocation across manufacturing locations.
- Inventory and Working Capital: Optimize inventory levels and improve cash flow through Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Taxation and Statutory Audits: Oversee taxation matters and statutory audit activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI where applicable to listed entities, and other relevant local regulations.
- Treasury and Banking Relationships: Manage banking relationships, project financing, and cash flow.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 15+ years of professional experience.
- Relevant experience in finance and accounts, financial reporting, and financial closing.
- Understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
- Experience with taxation, statutory audits, regulatory compliance, treasury, and banking relationships.
