Flipkart is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Hub Incharge in Sonipat, Haryana.
The role involves leading end-to-end hub operations and effectively managing the hub team. The selected candidate will be responsible for hub operations, team management, workforce planning, productivity and SLA management, vendor coordination, compliance, and overall hub performance.
Candidates with 3–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. MBA/BTech qualification and Last Mile experience are preferred, while immediate joiners will also be preferred.
