Suraksha Diagnostic is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to support employee development, training and workplace performance.
The role focuses on designing and delivering employee training programs, conducting induction and onboarding sessions, identifying training needs, developing learning resources and evaluating training effectiveness.
Candidates with experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training or Employee Training are encouraged to apply. Experience in the healthcare, hospital or diagnostic industry will be an added advantage.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Deliver induction and onboarding training for new joiners.
- Conduct soft skills, communication, customer service and behavioural training.
- Identify training needs and assess employee performance gaps.
- Develop training materials, presentations and learning resources.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support continuous learning and service excellence across diagnostic centres.

- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
