The role operates within the Managed Service Program (MSP) function and involves supporting contingent workforce hiring, staffing supplier relationships, program compliance and workforce operations.
💼 What You'll Do
- Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the contingent workforce hiring lifecycle.
- Manage requisitions, supplier engagement, candidate shortlisting, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track program compliance, SLA performance, reporting and workforce operations.
- Leverage VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass to drive hiring success.
🎓 What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in MSP, recruitment, staffing, workforce management or talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Hands-on experience with Beeline, Fieldglass or other VMS platforms is highly preferred.
