📝 About the Role
Amazon is looking for a process-oriented and data-driven Tech Recruiting Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing to support rapid business growth through strategic talent sourcing and recruiting operations.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders, recruiting partners, hiring managers, and HR business partners to define sourcing strategies, generate high-calibre talent, and close top candidates in a fast-moving environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of tech sourcing recruiters and ensure sourcing goals for volume, speed, and quality are achieved.
- Work closely with recruiting partners to understand organisation structure, responsibilities, strengths, weaknesses, and key business drivers.
- Develop effective recruiting strategies based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure effective utilisation of sourcing channels including employee referrals, career portals, events, and job fairs.
- Consult on recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to long-range business growth.
- Implement new recruiting processes and fine-tune standard processes to improve quality and scalability.
- Develop written recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
- Manage sourcing process data using data-driven and systematic approaches.
- Drive operational excellence through data analysis and process discipline.
- Support continuous improvement and educate sourcers on sourcing best practices.
- Improve utilisation of available recruiting tools and resources.
- Implement recruitment tools and systems in the region through collaboration with global teams.
🎓 Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting experience.
- 4+ years of Recruiting, HR, or Operations experience.
- Knowledge of recruiting media including job postings, job site aggregators, ATS, and job distribution tools.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Experience driving process optimisation within a recruiting or equivalent environment.
