Kogta is looking for an experienced Cluster Credit Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) for its Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have strong credit underwriting expertise in the LAP segment and mandatory team-handling experience.
The selected candidate will oversee credit underwriting and loan appraisal activities across the assigned cluster, evaluate borrower profiles and property valuations, and ensure compliance with credit policies and risk guidelines. The role also involves monitoring portfolio quality, turnaround time (TAT), and delinquency trends while coordinating with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams.

- Credit Underwriting: Manage credit underwriting and loan appraisal for Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals.
