Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with organizational EHS policies & procedures
- Conduct fire drills, safety audits, and vendor audits
- Deliver EHS training sessions and awareness programs
- Develop EHS manuals, frameworks, budgets, and safety goals
- Monitor indoor air quality, water/food safety, and lux levels
- Track statutory compliance and reporting requirements
- Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Drive employee engagement initiatives on safety & wellbeing
- Identify and proactively report EHS risks and improvements
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s / BE / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech in:
- Environmental Science
- Industrial Safety
- Energy / Sustainability
- Fire Safety / Disaster Management (or related fields)
🏅 Preferred Certifications
- ISO 14001 / 45001 / 50001 (Internal Auditor)
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / NIOSH
- Diploma in Industrial Safety
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EHS compliance and safety standards
- Experience in audits, inspections, and risk assessment
- Good communication and training delivery skills
- Ability to handle incident analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
