Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with strategic initiatives and discount planning
- Drive volume growth and achieve blended targets
- Optimize geo mix and improve Net Sales Realization (NSR)
- Identify and implement innovative growth projects
- Track project milestones and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Generate actionable insights from sales data and MIS reports
- Conduct market visits and recommend strategic improvements
- Strengthen dealer network, onboarding, and performance
- Monitor team performance and support training initiatives
